" The bungalow is situated in this established residential area approached from Ash Bank Road via Salters Lane, taking the first turning right into Chatsworth Drive. Local shops, a school, church, village hall and local bus services to Cheadle and the main Potteries towns are available in the village, which is ideally located within commuting distance of the North Staffordshire towns. Internal inspection is essential to appreciate the features of the bungalow, which has been much improved in recent years. Central heating is from a gas fired boiler to radiators in all the main rooms. The windows and external doors are double glazed in upvc frames for ease of maintenance and added insulation. The kitchen and bathroom have modern fittings and sanitary ware. There arebuilt-in wardrobes in the main bedroom. The carpets mentioned below are included in the sale.
