" Situated in the heart of Old Trentham within walking distance of the Historic Park and Gardens and within easy reach of excellent road links. This is a traditional 1930's semi with many character features and traditional layout with an arched entrance porch leading to entrance hall with Minton tiled floor, two generous reception rooms, kitchen, first floor landing, three bedrooms and a bathroom. It has reached the stage where some general updating is required in the usual places, however, has the benefit of a recently installed central heating system and forms the basis of an excellent project which once completed will make a fine family home in a highly regarded residential location.
