The current owners of the bungalow have lived there since the development was completed and have in that time extended and improved the property considerably. Externally there is off road parking for several vehicles and a good sized front garden. There is also a yard to the side of the bungalow and at the rear, an area of patio with steps up to a large lawn, further attractive seating area and substantial timber summerhouse.
