This is a lovely detached bungalow which has been updated by the current owner and briefly comprises of an entrance hall, a lounge with a bay window, two double bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with base units and incorporating an oven and hob and an integrated refrigerator/freezer. There is also a bathroom with a white suite having a shower over the bath and there is also a conservatory located to the rear of the property overlooking the rear garden. The property is located on Catchems Corner which is on the outskirts of Meir and within access of Meir Park. There are good commuter routes on the A50 towards the Potteries and Derby towns.
