" Chaplin Road is definitely a much bigger house than it looks from the outside!

There is a walled forecourt at the front of the property and a walled patio style garden at the rear which is surprisingly large and which also has an area of decking. Inside the house, you approach the accommodation through a small entrance hall and there are two reception rooms as well as a kitchen and a ground floor bathroom with white suite and shower over the bath.
