" Greengates is a pretty detached cottage within the hamlet of Bowers Bent. The Cottage has attractive gardens and enjoys a high degree of privacy from its neighbours without being isolated.

Bowers Bent is close to the village of Standon where there is a popular primary school and is also just minutes drive from the A51. Newcastle under Lyme is approximately 8 miles away and Junction 15 of the M6 is only 5 miles away.

Gates from the lane open onto a graveled drive where there is parking for several cars.

Double doors open directly into a large UPVC double glazed conservatory which the current owners use daily as an additional reception room enabling them to enjoy the view of the garden. A further pair of double doors open from the conservatory into the Kitchen making the two rooms together a pleasant open plan space. The Kitchen is fitted with a good range of units with a central dining table and an attractive brick built fireplace with a log burning stove. A door from the kitchen then leads into a comfortable Sitting Room which also has a log burning stove which when lit will make a lovely cosy room on a cold winters evening.
