This mature semi detached house occupies a splendid position within the popular village of Croxton and has the great advantage of having a good sized plot and backs onto open fields. The house itself has been much improved by the current owners including replacement uPVC doors and windows, plus a replacement central heating boiler. It has been well presented throughout and an internal inspection is strongly recommended. The property is well placed for local amenities and for swift access by car into nearby Eccleshall and Stafford.
