" Adbaston is an attractive small village, roughly half way between Eccleshall and Newport. Marsh Meadows is located in the heart of the village and boasts a large gravel driveway to the front, providing parking for numerous vehicles. The property has been the subject of a thorough renovation including a full rewiring and replacement of the central heating boiler and radiators. A small hallway to the front provides access to the large sitting and dining room to the right, a large room with a double glazed bay window overlooking the front driveway. In addition to the central heating radiators there is an open fire in an attractive surround. The flooring is laminate wood. A door to the rear of the dining area leads into the kitchen which has been refitted with a smart range of matching wall and base units, stainless steel sink and drainer and new integrated oven with four ring hob. A large integrated fridge freezer and washing machine have also been installed. There's a useful pantry cupboard under the stairs providing additional storage while the rear passageway leads from the front of the property to the rear, also accessing the coal/ log store where the new oil fired central heating boiler has been located. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two good sized doubles at the front, both with built in wardrobes, while the third bedroom, a single, is found at the rear. The bedrooms are served by a smartly refitted bathroom with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC. At the rear there is a surprisingly large rear garden, mainly laid to lawn with fencing and mature hedging. Heating is by way of oil fired boiler and the oil tank is located in the rear garden. The property is presented in excellent condition throughout and as such the landlord has requested the property be let to non smokers. "
