" This four bedroom family home enjoys a village location with wonderful views to the front, benefitting from being on a small lane off the Eccleshall to Newport Road.

The large front drive and attractive front garden lead to the front door where the central hallway has doors to the sitting room, kitchen to the rear, guest cloaks and internal door to the garage.

The large, open plan sitting room and dining room look out to the front through a double glazed bay window while siding patio doors to the rear look out over the rear garden. An LPG fire in an attractive surround offers an attractive focal point to the room.

To the right of the dining area is the breakfasting kitchen, fitted with a range of wall and base units with the sink and drainer offering a view to the garden. The kitchen houses the oil fired central heating boiler and has additional storage space in an open fronted pantry alcove. There is plumbing for an automatic washing machine and the Neff electric oven and hob has an extractor hood over.

Turned stairs lead to the first floor where there are four bedrooms and a recently refitted shower room. Three of the bedrooms are generously proportioned doubles while the fourth bedroom is a good sized single room, currently being used as a study.

To the front of the property there is an attractive garden with a driveway leading to the Garage. The rear garden has been attractively landscaped with an area of patio adjacent to the property and lawn edged by well stocked borders. The rear plot is one of the larger we have seen in this area and has clearly been a source of great satisfaction for the owners.

The village of Woodseaves lies between Eccleshall and Newport and has a local shop and Post Office, well-regarded school and public house. The Shropshire Union Canal can be found a short distance away, offering the opportunity for country walks through some very attractive scenery. The property has been well maintained and is decorated tastefully. "
