" This absolutely beautiful cottage has been completeley renovated by the current owners and is now presented to the highest possible standard.

Number 2 Laundry Cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ellenhall and is within just a few minutes drive of Junction 14 of the M6, Stafford and the popular village of Eccleshall which is only only 3.5 miles away. The views from both the front and the rear of the property are across open farmland making this an ideal place to live for anyone looking for a rural location without being remote from life's necessities.

The cottage stands back from the main road behind a small front garden and has gates which open onto the driveway where it is possible to easily park several cars. The original front door opens from the side of the property to an Entrance Hall however the current owners most often use the door which opens directly into the beautifully appointed Kitchen which is fitted with handmade units with wooden worktops and a Belfast style sink. There is plenty of space for a breakfasting table in the kitchen and doors open to a very useful pantry and also to the Utility Room from where there is a further door to the Wet Room and W/C. The Kitchen has underfloor heating which also extends through to the adjoining Conservatory which is large enough to be used as a proper reception room and has views of the rear garden.

A door from the Kitchen opens into the characterful Dining Room which has a triple glazed window overlooking the side of the property and wooden flooring which extends through to the Entrance Hall from where stairs rise to the first floor and a further door opens to the Sitting Room.
