DETAILS This detached bungalow holds a delightful cul-de-sac position in this very popular village of Tittensor and enjoys Upvc double glazing*, gas fired central heating and a twenty-two-foot-long garage. Gardens extend to the front and rear, the driveway provides parking for a number of vehicles. Bungalows in this location always prove to be very popular as the local shop is very handily placed and the bus service passes along the nearby A34 giving access to the market town of Stone. DIRECTIONS Directions from Newcastle - Take the A34 south towards Trentham. Proceed under the Hanford flyover (A500) remaining on the A34 passing the Trentham Gardens complex on your right hand side. Continue forward on the next roundabout remaining on the A34 and approximately after half a mile turn right into Winghouse Lane. Take the second left into Copland Avenue, continue until reaching Vicarage crescent on your left-hand side, number 1 also on the left.
