" Sandon Close in Cresswell is a semi-rural cul-de-sac that we can honestly say is not far from anywhere and conveniently close to everywhere! Do take the time to view this family sized detached house which is beautifully presented by the present owners and has some outstanding features. There is a beautifully refitted bathroom with a contemporary white suite together with a shower and screen over the bath, a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and two separate reception rooms.

Two of the three bedrooms have really excellent ranges of fitted wardrobes and for any growing family there is a block paved driveway at the front of the house able to accommodate up to three cars...and an attached brick garage ideal for bikes and storage or even another car...which is bound to be a real benefit!
