The property is currently being renovated, and painted white throughout and being fitted with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal FOR LONDON CITY WORKERS who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still near enough to get to work.

The property comes Part Furnished Including white goods and a brand new double bed!

Living Room
Comprising High ceilings and large room, Big bay window, Fireplace. This room also will be painted white.

Complete renovation. Brand new B&Q kitchen has just been fitted. New oven and hob, large Fridge Freezer, extractor fan, plug sockets, sink, taps and washing machine. This room still need to be tiled. The wall tiles will be white. The floor tiles are mock wooden floor boards. All the rest of the walls will be white.

The bathroom is currently under a complete renovation. It has a new bath, shower, taps, basin, cabinets, towel rail and very cool ceramic floor tiles. The bathroom also contains a large inbuilt cupboard. It is painted all white.

This is a separate toilet. Also completely renovated. New toilet and new tiles. Walls will be painted white.

Master Bedroom
This is a very large double bedroom with Two floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. High ceilings. There is a cute small fireplace in this room. This room is painted all white.

Bedroom/Loft Room
This is a double bedroom which has its own small quirky little landing area outside it near the stairs. Will be painted all white.

Garden
You have to come out the front door to get to the garden but it is a luxury to have one nowadays. Great in the summer. Sun shines in it all day. When the flat was purchased it was a jungle. It now has a small little patio and has been completely covered in turf. Has a little shed where you can keep your deck chairs and drinks trolley for the summer.
