The cottage is between the village pub and the Church in a line of former farm workers' cottages, which we understand were refurbished in the 1980s. Number 4 has the added advantage of accommodation over three floors and benefits from a third bedroom on the second floor. There are double glazed windows throughout and low pressure gas fired heating via radiators.
