" Rarely do homes of this standard come available to the open market. With quality stylish fittings and thoughtful finishes throughout every tastefully decorated room, this four bedroom home with a preferred south westerly facing garden undoubtedly warrants an internal viewing.

This Countryside built home occupies a landscaped plot in a mews position on the Steepleview development, a popular location due to its convenience for the towns of Billericay and Basildon which offer mainline railway stations serving either London Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street whilst the A127 and A13 road links are also close by.

Each room enjoys its own unique points and as soon you enter, the hallway gives an immediate feel for the remainder of the house. Most recently the en-suite shower room, family bathroom and cloakroom have all been refitted incorporating white suites together with stylish tiling, rain forest showers, heated towel rails and automatic sensor lighting. In addition wardrobes and storage have been fitted by both Rhino and Emmerson Interiors to three of the four bedrooms.

The ground floor of this house is well proportioned and affords a traditional central hallway with an eye catching wood floor while each of the reception rooms and stairs have carpet and polished chrome door bars. Both the lounge, which has double doors and kitchen/breakfast room look onto and have access into the garden. The kitchen has again been well planned using cream coloured units and contrasting dark granite worktops, there are integrated Bosch appliances and a space for an American Style Fridge Freezer and range style cooker.

As mentioned the property enjoys a landscaped rear garden with a south westerly aspect, the patio has Indian Sandstone paving and the curved lawn area with built in sprinkler system, has a brick edge. To each border there are mature shrubs and an established, professionally maintained cherry blossom tree provides some natural shade. Located to the side of the house is the detached garage and driveway.
