Location Location Location is a cliché made for this family home.With good size rooms, a modern fitted kitchen and bags of potential we are sure this house will have you all reaching for your phones to book a viewing!The owners have enjoyed 12 happy years here raising a young family and the house is well presented and has antico flooring in the lounge that creates a modern room with a touch of character.We are confident, given the location that this one will not hang around for long.

We have really enjoyed living here and the main factor for us was the convenience.
Working in London it was important to be close to a train station so this house fits the bill perfectly as we can walk there in about 10 minutes.
We also like the fact that we are quite close to a park so we can enjoy a nice stroll without going to far!
Although we haven't got the greenest of fingers, because the garage is detached we have quite a nice wide garden.
We also have planning for a double storey which, although we didn't use it gives the property lots of potential.
