Exit Ringwood along the A338 Ringwood to Fordingbridge road. After about three miles turn right into Mockbeggar Lane (just before the Old Beams public house. At the end of this road turn left and proceed through Ibsley past Hockeys Farm

(on right). As the road forks take the right hand road and this will take you to Ogdens, pass the riding school on your right and then the road will turn into a track, continue along this track for about a quarter of a mile and you will come to the property on your right.
