Southampton is approximately 20 miles east (via the M27), and London approximately a two hour drive (via the M27M3M25).

Direction:

From Ringwood, join the A338 heading north towards FordingbridgeSalisbury. Continue for approximately 8 miles, passing the town of Fordingbridge. At Breamore, turn right at the signpost for Woodgreen. Continue over the bridge and into the village. Immediately after The Horse & Groom pub, turn right, following this road and take the 2nd right into Brook Lane. Continue past the cricket grounds and the pedestrian lane leading to the property can be found after approximately 0.2 miles on your right-hand side.
