Meadowsweet offers an excellent range of spacious and well-proportioned accommodation, which is exceptionally versatile to suit different buyers’ needs. The ground floor accommodation is approached via an entrance hall. To the front of the property are two spacious double bedrooms, one of which boasts built in wardrobes and both enjoy windows overlooking the countryside views. There is a spacious dining hall and stairs that lead to the first floor accommodation. Also on the ground floor is a lovely sitting room which centres onto a multi-fuel burning stove and there is a kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen/breakfast room has been attractively fitted with extensive cream cupboards and work surfaces and boasts a built in dishwasher, space for Range cooker with extractor fan over and there is space and plumbing for washing machine and separate dryer and there is also a large larder. The ground floor also has a shower room, which has been attractively fitted with gloss sanitary ware. The first floor accommodation is approached via a large landing, which is being utilised as a study area. There are also good road connections for the M27, A30 and M3, London via theA303. Generally the area provides excellent sporting facilities notably fishing, good riding, golf and racing at Salisbury.
