" A well presented and spacious two bedroom home located in the popular village of Whaddon. The village is supported by a Post Office/store, public house and there is a regular bus service into Salisbury, a Cathedral City in which there are a variety of schools both in the state and private sectors, a fine range of shops and supermarkets, good leisure facilities including two theatres, leisure centre, cinema and a variety of restaurants. The village is also well located for access along the A36 towards to the New Forest and Southampton on the south coast.

You first enter the property into the bright hallway, this provides access to all ground floor living accommodation and also houses the stairs to the first floor. The kitchen has a matching range of wall and base units, with space for white goods, built in stainless steel sink and Hotpoint gas hob with extractor hood above.
