DIRECTIONS
From Fordingbridge take the A338 to Salisbury, at the traffic lights in Downton turn right and proceed to Redlynch. Take a right into Morgans Vale Road, first right into Orchard Road where the property will be seen after a short distance on the left hand side at the bottom of the hill.

LOCATION
Redlynch has good local facilities including a church, primary school, public house, shop and post office, village hall and recreation ground and is located on the edge of the New Forest which provides an excellent range of walking and riding facilities. The nearby town of Downton offers a comprehensive range of facilities, including primary and secondary schooling, with a choice of public houses, convenience stores, local retail shops and food outlets. There is a well-equipped leisure centre and good public transport services providing access to Salisbury or to Ringwood and Bournemouth.
