Directions
From our offices in Amesbury, take the A303 Eastbound towards Andover and after a mile filter right and cross the A303 to get onto the Allington Track. After half a mile bear left and follow this to the junction with the A338. Go straight across and past the Dogs Trust on your left. The property can be found half a mile down on the right.

Location
Newton Toney is a very popular village with real charm and character yet within easy reach of Salisbury and Amesbury. The village has a church, primary school, village hall, great playing fields and excellent pub. The A303 main trunk road and Grateley railway station are only a short distance away. Nearby Amesbury is well served with supermarkets, public houses and hotels, fitness centre, post office, cafes, doctors' surgery, dentist, hairdressers and a variety of shops. It also has three primary schools and one secondary school. Nearby the cathedral city of Salisbury has an excellent shopping centre, market and recreational facilities which include a theatre, cinema, arts centre and leisure centre. We purchased the property in a very sorry state and restored it to it's full glory, the restoration work was a very enjoyable and rewarding project. The cottage is full of character and original features, it has a very secure walled garden that offers solitude and is safe for the children and pets. Little Old Thatch is in a very vibrant village with local pubs, playing fields and lovely long walks over the stunning country side.
