" 15b North Street is a second floor flat with extensive rooftop views from the rear over Wilton towards the Italianate church and, from the front, across North Street, Russell Street and old St Mary's Churchyard. The accommodation is larger than expected and presented in good order with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is also gas fired central heating to radiators and a number of period features including an original painted, cast iron fireplace (not in use), working sash windows and high ceilings. Access to the property from North Street is via a ground floor entrance hall and staircase leading to both the first and second floor flats. Parking is available within the general vicinity of North Street. It is considered that 15b North Street is a very appealing property offered for sale in good order and ideal as a first time purchase or buy to let investment.
