" Oak Trees is a light, modern family home which was built approximately 7 years ago. With four bedrooms (one of which includes an en suite bathroom), an excellent kitchen/breakfast room and plenty ofspace to entertain in the reception rooms, the house is both attractive and comfortable to live in.

From our Weyhill office, head west on the A342. Cross the mini roundabout and, after approximately half a mile, take the right turn signposted Appleshaw, Redenham and the Chutes. Continue along that road for 0.6 miles and the entrance to Barncroft will be seen on the left hand side. Oak Trees is the third house on the right.

SITUATION
Appleshaw is a pretty village surrounded by rolling Hampshire hills and a network of footpaths and bridleways which are excellent for exercising dogs and children. It is extremely well located for commuting and supports a strong community which revolves around the pub, church, village hall,
cricket and football clubs and primary school; further amenities can be easily sourced in Andover if required. The cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester are both within reach and provide wider access to the arts whilst day trips to Mudeford beach and the south coast are also perfectly viable.
