Leave Andover on the A342 in a westerly direction.  At the roundabout in the centre of Weyhill bear left and take the next turning right signposted Fyfield/Kimpton.  Proceed through Fyfield and on to Kimpton village. Follow the road though the village and take the turning left into Cow Lane, where the property can be found immediately on the left hand side.

Situation
The property lies in the small rural village of Kimpton close to the Hampshire/Wiltshire borders, approximately 5 miles west of Andover between the Bourne and Test Valleys. Kimpton has a church and public house, whilst Andover itself offers great recreational and leisure facilities, along with a mainline railway station to London Waterloo. It is also ideally located for the A303 which is approximately 1 mile away and provides easy access to the West Country and M3 to London and M25.
