" Delightful four double bedroom semi detached 18th century cottage which retains a wealth of character features, situated in the heart of the popular village of Goodworth Clatford.

Goodworth Clatford is a popular Test Valley village with excellent communications including proximity to Andover railway station (approximately one hour ten minutes to Waterloo), and the A303 which in turn connects motorists to the A34. 
The village is a thriving community and has two public houses, a shop/post office, church and highly regarded junior school. The Hampshire  Golf  Club is located nearby.
More extensive facilities are available at nearby Stockbridge or the cathedral city of Winchester, which offers a cinema, theatre and a variety of sporting facilities.
