From our office in London Street proceed to the roundabout and take the first exit left and proceed straight across the next three roundabouts, and under the railway bridge.  At the next roundabout turn right towards Smannell.  On reaching the centre of Smannell proceed through the village and on to Little London, where the property can be found on the left hand side.
