" Tucked away in a small quiet close of similar houses, a decent size four bedroom detached family home with double garage. In its tranquil location, the house has been improved by the current owners recently and is ideally located for the local primary school just round the corner. The accommodation consists of entrance hall, cloakroom, living/ dining room with woodburner, kitchen/ breakfast room, utility room, four good size bedrooms and family bath/shower room. Double glazing, oil central heating, double garage with driveway and pretty garden to rear. LOCATION The village of Vernham Dean is located approx 14 miles South West of Newbury and 9 miles North West of Andover. This peaceful village has a very good primary school, a public house and lovely walks in the surrounding countryside.
