Description 67 Wain-a-Long Road is an extended semi-detached house believed to have been built in the early 1900s and offers well proportioned accommodation arranged over two floors with a further attic room on the second floor. With the exception of the kitchen/diner, the ground floor has solid oak floors throughout. The ground floor has been extended and redesigned to offer particularly light and spacious open plan accommodation with french doors leading out on to a raised timber decked area to the rear. The kitchen/breakfast room has been moved to the front of the house and this has an excellent range of cream fronted units together with space for a table and chairs. There is a dining and study area together with a cloakroom and we understand that the extension was built so that a further extension can be built at first floor level. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the main bedroom having a lovely bay window and built-in wardrobes together with an en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom with a white suite and shower over the bath. There is also a useful attic room with a velux window on the rear elevation providing far-reaching views. The property benefits from PVCu double glazing and gas fired central heating and to the front of the property there is an off-road parking area suitable for two cars. There is a side access which leads into the generous rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a raised timber decked area directly behind the property as previously mentioned. At the end of the garden there is a private patio area and a large timber summerhouse with power and light which would make an excellent office.
