" A SUBSTANTIAL DETACHED SIX BEDROOM FAMILY HOUSE. Pleasantly situated within a small cul-de-sac close to the centre of this established community conveniently located between Romsey, Southampton and Chandler's Ford.

Summary of Accommodation: Entrance hall, ground floor cloakroom, sitting room, separate dining room, study, kitchen/breakfast room and six bedrooms. Principal bedroom on the first floor with ensuite shower room, fifth bedroom on the second floor with ensuite shower room, family bathroom on the first floor, gas fired heating system, double glazing, garage, gardens to the front and rear.
