" Winchester Road is an intriguing property, over 2000sq ft in size. It is set within just under 0.4 of an acre of gardens and benefits from a river bank at the end of the gardens. Crampmoor is a small hamlet near Ampfield - a small village approximately two miles from the market town of Romsey. Ampfield benefits from a renowned restaurant, a lively pub and a golf course in addition to a thriving village community. Romsey, a little further to the west offers a wide variety of amenities including a variety of shops and supermarkets, public houses and fine dining. For the growing family there is also a popular infant school and links to both private and state schools in Winchester and Romsey which are also easily accessible.
