" Horsefair is a luxury apartment within a beautiful converted Grade II listed building, situated within the heart of Romsey. The market town of Romsey offers a comprehensive range of facilities including a variety of shops, the Bradbeers Department Store which has served the town since 1837restaurants, Waitrose supermarket, a doctors surgery, a dentist and an array of public houses and restaurants. There is also the historic Romsey Abbey and the famous Broadlands Estate, the former country residence of Lord Mountbatten of Burma. Located within the Test Valley there are numerous leisure pursuits available locally such as fly fishing, the Hillier Gardens Centre and countryside walks and pubs. The Horsefair is also convenient for the Plaza Theatre, bus services and the local rail station which is on the main line connecting Southampton and Salisbury.

Located at the rear of the building, Horsefair is two bedroom, top floor apartment which benefits from a balcony and off street parking in a private carport. The property is accessed either via the front through a security gated, brick tunnel entrance or via the carport at the rear of the building. There is an additional security entrance system on the communal front door which leads through to stairs to the first floor where the apartment can be located on the left hand side. The living room some 24'5'' x 16'10'' in size has a dual aspect, obscure double glazed window to side elevation and matching French style doors which give direct access to the private balcony. The private balcony offers an excellent outdoor entertaining and dining area as there is ample space for outside seating; it benefits from a power point, an outside tap, a wall mounted light and a cast iron security rail.

The property benefits from a private, covered carport which allows for parking for a single car with other parking available directly outside.
