" This spacious and very well presented three bedroom terraced property provides well planned and generous family accommodation and is situated in a cul-de-sac location close to the town centre and railway station. On the ground floor is a good sized lounge/dining room and a generous kitchen/breakfast room and upstairs are the three bedrooms and a well fitted bathroom. There are many advantages, including a 'combi' boiler, and re-wired electrics, all completed in 2007, along with the fitted kitchen. The 'aqua-lock' flooring to the ground floor was fitted in the summer of 2010. In addition, the property is complemented by gas central heating and double glazing to the majority of the windows and the house also benefits from a good sized rear garden with a spacious detached garage. We most strongly recommend an early internal inspection to avoid disappointment.
