" Well placed for schools and colleges and just a walk into the town centre, a substantial 3 bedroom family house with 2 large reception rooms and a 13'3 x 10' kitchen. A ground floor cloakroom is located off a lobby to the rear, and the bathroom is on the first floor. Gas central heating is installed and double glazing.
