" Highly recommended ! A three bedroom family house with gas central heating, double glazing and off road parking. A very nice beech style family kitchen/dining room has an expanse of glazed doors to a sun room. A popular location with schools and colleges close by, handy for country park walks, and very convenient for public transport. With a large and beautifully maintained sunny rear garden.

ENTRANCE HALL The property is accessed via a wrought iron gate and a flagstone path to a canopied entrance where a part obscure glazed and leaded door opens to the entrance hallway.
The hall has a staircase to the first floor landing with a storage cupboard below housing the electric meters and fuse box and with a light provided. A British Gas digital thermostat and programming controls for the heating and hot water settings is wall mounted. Radiator. The ceiling is plain plastered and has a light point and a smoke alarm. Internal doors are of six panelled design with chrome furniture. A pair of doors open to a useful shelved larder cupboard.
