The property is located is Hythe, near the town of Totton, which is situated on the eastern edge of the New Forest and on the River Test, positioned close to the coastal city of Southampton. The proximity to the New Forest, Southampton city and it's stunning settings has made the town a very sought after location and the population has nearly doubled in the last 30 years to nearly 30,000. Totton is served by the South Western mainline Railway at Totton train station which provides links to Southampton, London, Bournemouth and Poole. Totton has access to the M27 motorway, which leads to the M3. The town has a fantastic reputation for education including Testwood school and sports college, Hounsdown school and science college and Totton college which also has impressive public sports facilities such as a swimming pool, gym and playing fields.
