Pennyfield is situated just half a mile north of the village of Lyndhurst, with its array of individual shops, boutiques and restaurants. For the yachtsman, sailing is well catered for on the Solent with Lymington being only 10 miles away; the historic village of Beaulieu with its Palace House and National Motor Museum is only 7 miles away.

The M27 motorway is accessible from Junction 1, which is just a three mile drive away providing access to Bournemouth, Southampton, and the cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester, whilst the M3 provides a good motorway link to the centre of London. There are both national and international flights from Southampton and Bournemouth airports with Brockenhurst station connecting to London Waterloo in about 90 minutes or from Southampton‘s Central railway station journey time is about 75 minutes.
