" An attractive, older style semi-detached cottage forming part of a small run of not dissimilar properties located to the immediate south of Lyndhurst, within close proximity to the open New Forest. The property, of partial rough cast rendered elevations incorporates painted timber casements, the whole surmounted by a pitched tiled roof. The accommodation, arranged over 2 floors, provides for a cosy sitting room, a sizable separate dining room, kitchen/breakfast room and a ground floor bathroom.
