" A three bedroom detached chalet style property set centrally upon its own plot of beautifully tended gardens at the end of a very quiet lane in the heart of the forest and just a two minute walk from Hatchet Pond.

Entrance porch, entrance hallway, cloakroom, sitting room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, first floor landing, bedroom one with en suite shower room, bedrooms two and three, family bathroom. Outside: double garage.

From the crossroads in the centre of Brockenhurst, proceed along Brookley Road in an easterly direction and on reaching the junction with the A337 turn right and immediately left after the railway crossing into Mill Lane (B3055).  Continue to the end and turn right towards Beaulieu.  After approximately 3.9 miles turn right just after Hatchet Pond onto the B3054.  After a short distance turn left into East Boldre Road and then left into Heath Lane over a cattlegrid.  The property will be found at the end of the lane on the left hand side.
