" Littlemead is a detached property, which subject to normal planning permissions could be enlarged and is set in 0.3 acre of garden with an additional 0.8 acre paddock. The property also has the benefit of forest rights of mast and pasture.

Entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, ground floor w.c., utility/store, first floor landing, two bedrooms and bathroom, attached outbuildings consisting of tack room (formerly a bedroom), store/dry feed room, two stables and garage.

DIRECTIONAL NOTE: From the crossroads in the centre of the village, proceed in a northerly direction along Grigg Lane until reaching the Lyndhurst Road and turning left. Continue along turning right just before the Balmer Lawn Hotel into Balmer Lawn Road. Little Mead is the second to last property on the right hand side and is named.
