" A Grade II Listed property forming part of a classic run of distinctive town houses in a central location, reputed to be of 19th Century origins. The property, of mellow colour wash stuccoed elevations, has been subject to a comprehensive programme of tasteful refurbishment and restoration in recent years retaining much of its traditional period features.
