A characterful detached house set on a quiet no through road moments from Lymington Town Centre which has been totally renovated throughout by the current owners. β€œWheatfield” is discreetly positioned on a leafy lane and is not visible from Lower Buckland Road. This superb home enjoys an elevated position overlooking its manicured grounds and could prove ideal for buyers moving from larger forest homes wishing to be closer to amenities, or family purchasers looking to be near to sought after schooling.



Situated on a tree lined private drive off Lower Buckland Road Wheatfield has superb positioning and is within easy distance of the High Street, local pubs/restaurants and Open Forest. Lymington has a number of independent shops including some designer boutiques and is surrounded by the outstanding natural beauty of the New Forest National Park.

To the north is the New Forest village of Lyndhurst and Junction 1 of the M27, which links to the M3 for access to London. There is also a branch line train link to Brockenhurst railway station (5.5 miles) which offers a half hourly service to London Waterloo with a journey time of approximately 90 minutes.
