" Situated in the heart of the bustling town centre forming part of a small row of period townhouses, a Grade II Listed property reputed to be of early 19th Century origins. Constructed of colour washed brick with characteristic sash casements, the accommodation is arranged over a total of 3 floors, the whole set under a mainly steep pitched roof. The ground floor provides a dining room and a cosy south west facing gardenside sitting room and kitchen. Set out on the 2 floors above are a total of 3 bedrooms which are served by 2 bath/shower rooms (1 en suite). Externally, the property has a simple well stocked colourful south west facing courtyard garden in which is situated a full width brick built studio/utility garden room with its own useful toilet. To the rear of the property is the public car park that serves the top of town and Marks and Spencers Simply Food.
