Ample parking is available with additional integral garage and low maintenance garden to the rear. Although within the National Park the M27 is less than three miles away providing easy commuter links to London and the South Coast with well regarded schooling for all ages close by. 

Description
A covered pitched entrance porch with quarry tiled step shelters the hardwood timber front door which opens into the welcoming entrance hall serving all the primary rooms on the ground floor and houses the turning staircase to the galleried landing. A cloakroom offers ample room for hanging coats with further storage available in the under stairs cupboard. The sitting room features an oriel bay window and impressive ornate fireplace with granite surround and hearth framing the pebble effect electric fire. French glass panelled doors open into the dining room with UPVC French doors leading to the rear garden and patio area.
