" Set in a wonderful, semi-rural location with access to the village via a footpath, this extremely well presented three bedroom property has been extensively renovated and extended by the current owner.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room which extends to almost 22ft with bi-fold doors to the rear. In addition there is a super L shaped kitchen/dining/family room with windows overlooking the rear garden and double doors on to the side terrace.
On the first floor the master bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes and a lovely en suite shower room. Bedroom two also benefits from fitted storage which leads in turn to a family shower room. It would be possible to connect bedroom three to the family bathroom if required.
In addition to the accommodation within the house there is also a garage and store on the lower ground level.

Situation
Droxford lies in the heart of the Meon Valley between West Meon and Wickham. The village has excellent amenities including a Norman church, store/post office, school, doctors surgery and two public houses. The A32 offers excellent access northwards to London either via the A31/A3 or M3 and southwards the M27 offers links to Portsmouth and Southampton. Mainline rail services into London Waterloo can be accessed at Winchester, Alton or Petersfield. The Meon Valley provides access to the stunning countryside of the South Downs and numerous walks can be found on the doorstep along with access to the River Meon which offers excellent fishing. There is a plethora of equestrian facilities on the doorstep and Corhampton Golf Club is about 1.7 miles away.
