" INTRODUCTION A deceptively spacious and well presented three bedroom end of terrace home set within a quiet cul-de-sac. The property also benefits from being within walking distance of the village shop and school as well as conveniently close to the centre of Bishops Waltham with its array of shops and amenities. Accommodation on the ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom, a well proportioned lounge/diner, modern kitchen/breakfast room and conservatory. Whilst on the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, two of which are double rooms, and bathroom. Additional benefits include an attractive low maintenance rear garden and two off road parking spaces. 

INSIDE The property is approached via a driveway leading to a double glazed front door which leads through to the entrance hall. A door to one side of the hall leads through to a downstairs cloakroom with a further door then leading through to a well proportioned lounge/diner. This room has a double glazed window to the front, an understairs cupboard to one wall, stairs leading to the first floor and an attractive fireplace with inset gas coal effect fire and wooden surround.
