Boorley Green is a up and coming modern development and has attracted a lot of interest for itβ€˜s location. It is close to many walks and within a mile is Hedge End retail park which has many different types of stores available. The M27 is within a mile giving great access to the M3 and onto London and around the UK. Southampton is not too far away and is well known for being good for commuting.
