" This modern four bedroom semi-detached family home briefly comprises a spacious loungediner with French doors opening out to the rear garden, modern fitted kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom. Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking leading to the detached garage and a rear garden. Additional benefits include privately owned solar panels which are transferable with the property.

The property is located in Boorley Park which has its own school and benefits from being close to Botleyβ€˜s pretty village centre, which offers a range of shops, restaurants and eateries, as well as a mainline train station.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, a storage cupboard and doors through to the kitchen, loungediner and cloakroom, which has a window to the front. The kitchen has a window to the front and has been fitted with a range of modern units with a built-in oven with gas hob and extractor over, integrated fridgefreezer and dishwasher.
