" This deceptively spacious FOUR BEDROOM DETACHED FAMILY HOME was designed and built in 2004 by the present owners in a Scandia-Hus energy efficient style and is set in an extensive plot. The accommodation offers plenty of space and versatility for the growing family and benefits from gas central heating, underfloor heating to the ground floor, triple glazing, double glazed Velux windows and solid oak flooring throughout. OUTSIDE The property is approached via a gravelled driveway to the parking area providing access to the detached double garage, main entrance and gardens.
