" INSIDE The property is approached via a driveway leading to a double glazed front door which then leads directly through to the entrance hall. From the hallway there are stairs leading to the first floor and a door leading through to a light and airy sitting room which has a window overlooking the front of the property and a door to one side leading through to a well proportioned dining room. This room has a set of double glazed French doors leading directly out onto the rear patio area. The dining room also has oak flooring and a raised wood burning stove to one corner of the room with an opening then leading through to the kitchen. The kitchen itself overlooks the rear garden and is fitted with a matching range of modern cream wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a gas cooker point, plumbing space for automatic washing machine and dishwasher as well as further appliance space, complimentary tiling to walls, oak flooring, spotlights and a door at one end of the room leading through to the garage. OUTSIDE To the front of the property the driveway is part tarmac, part shingled and provides ample off road parking leading to the attached brick built garage which has metal up and over door and power and lights. There is then side access leading through to an attractive e rear garden where there are both paved and decked patio areas leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn with stone edging and raised well stocked borders.
